How do I access my courses? Tags: access, support A01 +
After checkout, you’ll see a confirmation modal and get immediate access in your account area. Use the same email to log in. If you don’t see access within 5 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support with your order email.
What is the refund policy? Tags: refunds, support R14 +
If a course isn’t what you expected, request a refund within 14 days, provided less than 20% is completed. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method after review (usually 3–7 business days depending on your bank).

Yes. Complete all modules and pass a short quiz to download a certificate. If you’re re-taking the quiz, your best score is saved and the certificate is generated with your account name.

Video, text-based walkthroughs, and occasional live workshops. All content is high-contrast and image-free. Each module also includes a downloadable checklist to follow while working on your bike.
