License & restrictions

Courses are provided for your personal learning and skill development. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly display, or share access credentials. Any attempt to circumvent paywalls, download restrictions, or access controls is prohibited.

Safety-first approach

Bicycle maintenance can be hazardous. Maintain safe practices when repairing bicycles, use proper tools, and confirm that your work is safe before riding. If you are unsure about a safety-critical step (e.g., brakes, steering, torque settings), consult a qualified mechanic.

Account behavior

You agree not to harass other users, upload harmful content, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe activity threatens the Service, other users, or our rights.

Billing

Payments grant access to the purchased courses (and any content explicitly included at purchase time). Pricing, taxes, and available payment methods may vary by location and are presented during checkout.

Access & misuse

Access may be revoked for abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, credential sharing, or repeated violations of these Terms. We may also restrict access to protect the integrity of the Service.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available, but maintenance, updates, or unexpected outages may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of the course is completed. Course completion is determined by our progress tracking (e.g., lessons viewed, quizzes completed).

How to request

To request a refund, contact support with your purchase details. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership of the payment method or account.

Exceptions

We may decline refund requests that show evidence of abuse, repeated refund behavior, chargebacks, or access sharing.

No professional advice

The Service is provided for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee outcomes, compatibility with every bicycle model, or that following any lesson will prevent damage or injury.

Assumption of risk

We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of instructions. Always verify torque specs and safety-critical steps, and test work in a controlled environment before normal riding.

Maximum extent

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updated Terms become effective when posted. If you continue using the Service after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.

If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide additional notice where required by law.
